Modular Mission Critical, a manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean, located just north of Richmond, VA, seeks a seasoned HVAC/mechanical construction leader to supervise crews, plan work, and ensure project milestones are met.

The role involves hands‑on installation, field troubleshooting, and safety‑driven operations. Applicants must have 8+ years of hands‑on HVAC or mechanical construction experience, lead‑tech or supervisor background, and may require Top Secret clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Industrial HVAC knowledge and strong mechanical systems understanding.
• Experience leading HVAC/mechanical construction crews.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC/mechanical crews and lead installation, retrofit, and maintenance work.
• Plan daily/weekly work and develop 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to prevent downtime.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, and other trades.
