Job summary

Modular Mission Critical is seeking an experienced HVAC supervisor to lead field crews on installation, retrofit, and maintenance projects. The role focuses on coordinating daily activities, ensuring material readiness, and maintaining schedules.

Qualifications

8+ years hands-on HVAC or mechanical construction experience.
2+ years as a lead technician, foreman, or superintendent.
EPA Universal, NCCER, or relevant manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise, lead, and motivate HVAC and mechanical crews performing installation, retrofit, and maintenance work.
Plan and assign daily and weekly work activities to support production and meet milestones.
Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and identify manpower, material, equipment needs.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are ordered and available to prevent downtime.
Coordinate with project management, procurement, and other trades on schedules and deliveries.
Perform hands-on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
Read, interpret and build work from HVAC drawings, P&IDs, and isometrics.
