Qualifications

• VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License
• Commercial HVAC experience

• Thorough knowledge of mechanical field including plumbing and HVAC
• Manages and oversees mechanical operations
• Strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance including HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical systems
• Knowledgeable on state and local mechanical codes
