Job summary

Service Experts LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will interact with customers, explain issues and provide clear recommendations.

Under minimal supervision, you will handle service calls, perform diagnostics, maintain equipment, collect payment, and coordinate with dispatch. A valid driver's license and EPA certifications are required, with 2–5 years of HVAC field experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree/Certification in HVAC or related field or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems; previous experience as an Installer, Maintenance, or Service Technician.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous and timely manner.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed or required.
• Collects payment from customer and records information on handheld device.
• Communicates with dispatch to provide accurate status reports of activities.
