Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, coordinating with contractors, and leading a team while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting.
Possession of a Journeyman license in one trade (HVAC or related).
Valid driver’s license and ability to read blueprints/specifications.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems and related equipment.
Inspect and service mechanical and electrical building systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Monitor BAS for temperature, humidity, and energy performance; coordinate maintenance activities.
Lead maintenance projects and train junior technicians; document repairs and costs.
