Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician (HVAC/JOURNEYMAN) at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY. Qualifications
- Five years of experience in a maintenance/engineering role in an institutional setting.
- Journeyman HVAC License or equivalent specialization.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to read blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Monitor and adjust BAS to maintain climate and energy performance.
- Lead and coordinate preventive maintenance programs and contractor activities.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and maintain documentation.
