Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager to lead on-site projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. You will plan, execute, and complete projects while ensuring client satisfaction, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

Required is a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years' experience in construction, design and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 10+ years in construction, design and cost management.
• HVAC knowledge is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office Suite plus estimation software (Accubid & MEP).
• Experience managing large commercial, institutional, and industrial projects valued at ≥$10 million.
• Experience in estimating, site surveying, project sequencing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute and complete projects within budget and client satisfaction.
• Define client requirements, prepare documentation and schedules for tender submissions.
• Manage M&E contractors, procurement, budgeting and cost control.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, colleagues, and consultants to ensure project success.
• Oversee on-site safety, compliance and project closeout documentation.
