Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with eight years related experience including three years supervisory.
• Must have commercial Chiller/Boiler experience with troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
• EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality HVAC work across Dallas College locations.
• Supervise a team of HVAC technicians and manage scheduling and quality control.
• Maintain the HVAC preventive maintenance program and training for technicians.
• Manage the team budget and assist with prioritizing HVAC projects.
• Travel within Dallas County using College vehicles.
