Dallas College is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to perform advanced skilled craftwork in HVAC across multiple campus locations. The role involves supervising a team, scheduling duties, and ensuring high-quality preventive maintenance and safety standards.

Requires eight years of related experience with three years in supervision, EPA certification, a valid Texas driver's license, and knowledge of DDC/pneumatic controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with eight years of related experience including three years supervisory experience.
• Must have commercial Chiller/Boiler experience including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• EPA Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Ensures the highest quality of HVAC work across Dallas College locations.
• Supervises a team of HVAC technicians, schedules duties, and ensures field work quality.
• Maintains the HVAC preventive maintenance program and trains technicians.
• Manages the team budget and prioritizes HVAC projects.
• Requires travel within Dallas County using College vehicles.
• Completes required Dallas College Professional Development hours.
