Upgrade Resources in the DFW Metroplex, TX is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to service and maintain commercial systems on-site. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance for chillers, air handlers, rooftop units, pumps, and controls.

You will work with dispatch and operations, mentor junior technicians, uphold safety standards, and communicate timelines and options to customers. EPA credentials and BAS/controls experience are valued.

Formación

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 7+ years HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Certification or ability to obtain.
• Texas TDLR Registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of RTUs, chillers, air handlers, pumps, and controls.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Residential and light commercial experience blends welcome.
• BAS/Controls knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain commercial HVAC systems (chillers, air handlers, RTUs, pumps, motors, controls).
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and document findings in a service management system.
• Advise on repair versus replacement with clear justification and cost implications.
• Model and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
• Coordinate with dispatch, purchasing, and operations for efficient workflow.
• Mentor and support junior technicians.
• Represent the brand on-site and manage client communications and escalations.
• Accurately track parts usage, labor hours, and update work orders.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest inventory/process improvements.
• Respond to emergency calls or after-hours service as needed.
