Supreme Service Today in Halethorpe, MD is seeking a full-time HVAC lead Installer to join our hands-on installation team. You will work with clients to install customized HVAC solutions, supervise crews, and ensure quality workmanship on every job.

We offer ongoing training, opportunities for advancement, and incentives. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites are required.

Qualifications

Must have proven HVAC installation or service experience.
1+ year HVAC service experience.
Knowledge of HVAC products and services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must have valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
Must pass a background check.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Comfortable with a variety of HVAC systems and tools.

Responsibilities

Lead installation projects and supervise where needed.
Install customized HVAC solutions for clients and ensure quality workmanship.
Communicate with clients throughout installations and coordinate with team.
