Supreme Service Today in Halethorpe, MD is seeking a full-time HVAC lead Installer to join our hands-on installation team. You will work with clients to install customized HVAC solutions, supervise crews, and ensure quality workmanship on every job.

We offer ongoing training, opportunities for advancement, and incentives. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites are required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven HVAC installation or service experience.
• 1+ year HVAC service experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must have valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with a variety of HVAC systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects and supervise where needed.

Requirements

• Must have a proven track record of successful HVAC installation or service
• 1+ Year of HVAC Service Experience
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
• Positive attitude
• Hard working
• Must be reliable
• Must have valid and unrestricted driver's license
