Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 1+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Track record of successful HVAC installation or service.
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with a variety of HVAC systems and tools.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to install heating and cooling equipment.
• Install customized HVAC solutions based on customer goals, budget, and comfort needs.
• Apply trade knowledge and use a variety of HVAC tools during installations.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and ensure customer confidence in the service provided.
