Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Lead Installer to manage installation projects from start to finish. You will guide helpers, ensure quality and safety, and communicate clearly with customers and the office. The role supports growth within a growing Indiana-based company with multiple locations.

The position emphasizes leading teams, maintaining a professional environment, and adhering to company policies while delivering excellent service to clients in the region.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to braze and solder equipment as needed.
• Drug testing, background checks and valid driver's license are conditions of employment.
