Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Lead Installer to guide installation projects from start to finish. You will lead helpers, ensure quality work, and maintain safety on every job site.

The role requires climbing, lifting up to 100 lbs, and using hand and power tools. You will engage with customers and colleagues to deliver dependable service while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to braze and solder equipment as needed.
• Drug testing, background checks and valid driver's license are conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects from start to finish and guide helpers.
• Ensure quality work and safe completion of each job.
• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff and coworkers.
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Promote a professional, friendly work environment.
• Maintain a neat and safe work area and protect client floors.
• Re-check installations before leaving to prevent callbacks.
