Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Lead Installer to guide installation projects from start to finish. You will lead helpers, ensure quality, and ensure each job is completed safely and to the client’s satisfaction.

Formación

• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead.
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to braze and solder equipment as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers.
• Participate in all required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Promote a professional, and friendly work environment.
• Work hard, smart and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Wear floor savers and drop cloths to protect customer floors; maintain a neat work area.
• Re-check installation aspects and use the Installation Excellence Form before leaving.
• Explain the system to the client and ensure 100% satisfaction.
