Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 3–6 years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, or installation experience.
- EPA Section 608 Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Willing to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills for junior technicians.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of residential, split, packaged, and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex HVAC issues using best practices.
- Size and install new systems in compliance with codes and manufacturer specs.
- Mentor technicians through hands-on training and real-time guidance.
- Maintain safety, service quality, and EPA compliance across the team.
- Document work orders, parts used, and customer recommendations accurately.
