Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Installer to install heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment in customers' homes. You will perform starts-ups, balance airflow, and follow company standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Minimum 2+ years in HVAC, high school diploma or GED, and EPA/safety certifications are required. The role involves driving to homes, using company tools, and promoting services and products to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required by local laws.
• Strong fundamentals of HVAC equipment operation and installation.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes per company standards.
• Perform starts-ups on systems and balance airflow with supervision.
• Design and install ducts and fittings as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote products/services.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and paperwork in a neat, timely manner.
