Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to install and service residential and light commercial systems. You will work under supervision, perform startups, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting company products and services.

Minimum 2+ years of HVAC installation experience, EPA certifications, and a valid driver's license are required. The role includes training other installers, site supervision support, and maintaining high safety and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with HVAC technical training
EPA certifications required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Proficient in installation, testing, and startup of HVAC systems
Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems
Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes under supervision
Perform limited diagnostics and start-ups on HVAC systems
Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings as needed
Ensure safety and quality, follow company procedures and standards
Promote products and services to customers and document sales leads
Maintain clean, organized installation vehicle and tools, complete paperwork accurately
