Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Lead Installer for residential and light commercial HVAC projects. You will install equipment, communicate with customers, perform startups, and assist leadership with planning and audits on site.

The role requires extensive HVAC experience, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license. A sign-on bonus up to $3,500 is offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 5+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes.
• Start-ups and commissioning of heating and cooling systems.
• Design and install ducts and fittings per specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Assist Field Supervisor with planning, audits, and supervision.
