Job summary

Service Experts LLC is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer IV to install and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in customers’ homes. You will perform system start-ups, diagnostics, and balancing to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

The role requires strong installation skills, ability to mentor junior installers, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 6+ years’ experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficient in installation, startup, and balancing of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers’ homes according to company standards.
• Perform system start-ups and troubleshoot to ensure proper operation.
• Design, fabricate, and install ductwork and fittings as required.
• Train or mentor less experienced installers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
