Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer IV to install and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at customer sites. The role involves duct fabrication, equipment start-ups, and adherence to safety standards, while delivering excellent customer service.

The technician will train others, manage small projects, and assist supervisors with planning and quality checks. A strong background in diagnostics and maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• 6+ years HVAC experience.
• Licensing/certification as required by governing laws.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment in customers’ homes per company standards.
• Mentor and train less experienced installers as needed.
• Perform start‑ups on HVAC systems and related components.
• Promote products and services; relay replacement leads to Sales/Service Coordinator.
• Complete paperwork neatly and timely; collect payments from customers.
