• 6+ years’ HVAC field experience with technical training certification.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per company requirements and manufacturer specs.
• Perform start-ups on heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems.
• Mentor and train less-experienced installers and assist with site supervision.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time, and collect payments when applicable.
• Maintain vehicle and tools, ensure safety and professional image at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to keep satisfaction high.
