Job summary

Service Experts Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing in Birmingham seeks an Installer II to complete HVAC equipment installations in customers’ homes or small businesses. You will design and install ducts, perform start-ups, provide excellent customer service, train junior installers, and assist with audits and planning.

The role requires a high school diploma, EPA and safety certifications, 3+ years of HVAC experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 3+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes or light commercial spaces.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings as required.
• Perform system start-ups and diagnose basic issues with HVAC systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive customer satisfaction; promote products/services.
• Train other installers and assist with site supervision and audits.
