Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Installer to install and service heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in customers' homes. You will support field operations, perform start-ups, and ensure quality workmanship with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA safety certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. A customer-focused approach and ability to work flexible hours is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years' experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes under supervision.
• Performs limited diagnostics and start-ups on systems.
• Designs and fabricates ducts and fittings as required.
• Delivers excellent customer service and promotes products and services.
• Maintains equipment, tools, and company vehicle in good condition.
• Completes paperwork neatly and collects payments as needed.
• Trains other installers in technical skills and procedures.
