Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to install residential and light commercial equipment in customers' homes. You will design, fabricate, and install ducts, perform system start-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will also train other installers and assist with site planning and audits, under supervision. Requirements include 8+ years HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and Electrical basics.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per company standards.
• Perform duct design, fabrication, and installation as required.
• Conduct system start-ups and verify proper operation.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer questions or concerns.
• Train other installers and assist with audits, planning, and supervision as needed.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and paperwork in a neat and timely manner.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements at all times.
