Opportunity Interactive in Arnold, MD is seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Operations Manager. This hands-on leadership role focuses on organizing, preparing, and delivering high-quality residential HVAC installations with accountability and technical rigor.

You will lead lead installers and apprentices, develop training, review jobs before installation, and coordinate with sales and field personnel to prevent issues and maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Substantial residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read and work with duct calculations and lay out residential ductwork.
• Experience leading people and setting expectations; follow-up on performance.
• Comfort with using technology and learning systems such as ServiceTitan.

Responsibilities

• Your primary goal will be to build an installation operation that is organized, prepared, accountable, and technically strong.
• Before a project reaches the installation crew, review the sold job and ensure the team has what it needs to succeed; verify scope and identify materials.
• Oversee lead installers and apprentices, set expectations, monitor performance, coach, and develop formal training for the installation department.
• Create better processes, check job accuracy, track results, and uphold installation standards to protect quality and profitability.
• Review upcoming installations, determine material/equipment needs, coordinate schedules, and answer technical questions from installers.
