You will review jobs, coordinate materials, and coach field installers to deliver quality outcomes while maximizing profitability. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, process improvement, and clear communication across installers, sales, and customers.

Qualifications

• Substantial residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to lead installers and apprentices.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to communicate with installers, sales, office staff and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Review upcoming installations and confirm readiness.
• Review job photos, notes, ductwork requirements, and specifications.
• Create or review detailed work orders for installation crews.
• Determine material and equipment needs.
• Coordinate installation schedules with sales, customers, and field personnel.
• Answer technical questions from installers.
• Check completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Coach a lead installer on workmanship or productivity.
• Train or help establish training plans for apprentices.
• Follow up on callbacks and identify root causes.
• Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Improve workflows and processes with ServiceTitan.
• Address customer concerns when installation does not go as planned.
