The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership in residential HVAC, expert blueprint reading, and experience coordinating technicians and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership/management in residential HVAC installations or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC installations from project inception through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Manage site activities, scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of technicians and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate implementation of specifications.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordination to align with customer timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain workmanship standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors for effective communication.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates.
