Job summary
DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a Full-time Field Installation Supervisor to lead installation teams, ensure quality, and mentor apprentices as part of our ongoing apprenticeship program.
You will train technicians, coordinate job site activities, and partner with leadership to optimize processes and profitability. The role supports excellent customer experiences and crew development in Reading, PA.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years working in the field.
- EPA Certifications required.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time.
- Geographical knowledge of service area.
- High school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Supervise installation teams and ensure processes are followed at all times.
- Visit jobsites to ensure installations meet proposal details.
- Lead installations to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Manage apprentice growth and training within the installation dept.
- Provide feedback to optimize profitability and quality of installs.
- Coordinate daily schedules with technicians and apprentices.
- Conduct monthly safety trainings and track meetings.
- Inspect trucks weekly for safety and readiness.
- Participate in management meetings to review processes.
