Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC installations from project inception through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
Manage site activities, scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of technicians and subcontractors.
Review blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate implementation of specifications.
Oversee project scheduling and coordination to align with customer timelines.
Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain workmanship standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors for effective communication.

This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive site experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Duties

Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC system installations from project inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
Manage site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
Oversee project scheduling and coordination efforts to align with customer's schedules.
Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the installation process.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and efficient project execution.
Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates to support project transparency.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership and management with a focus on Residential HVAC installation or related fields.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Suite. Service Titan software experience preferred.
Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams of technicians and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
