The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, using strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

The candidate will manage field technicians and subcontractors, review drawings, coordinate schedules, ensure safety compliance, and maintain thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of leadership experience in HVAC installation management.
• Strong blueprint, schematic, and contract reading abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Service Titan experience preferred.
• Experience with project scheduling and construction site safety protocols.
• Excellent time management and ability to lead large teams.
• Excellent communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC system installations from start to finish.
• Manage site activities, scheduling, resources, and supervision of technicians and subs.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
• Oversee project scheduling to meet customer timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.
