You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to ensure on-time completion and strict adherence to safety and budgets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in leadership and management with a focus on Residential HVAC installation.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan software experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish, enforcing schedules and budgets.
- Manage site activities, scheduling, resources, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy of project specifications.
- Oversee project scheduling and coordination to align with customer schedules.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards.
