Responsibilities

• Supervise installation teams and ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Visit jobsites to ensure installations align with proposals.
• Lead installations to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Manage apprentice growth and training programs within the department.
• Provide feedback to improve profitability and quality of installations.
• Communicate daily with technicians and apprentices on schedules.
