• EPA certification compliance.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and/or replace HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Cut, thread, and connect pipes and handle high/low voltage wiring.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate with homeowners.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting over 50 pounds.
• Maintain tools, parts, and vehicle in organized condition.
• Work safely at heights, in tight spaces, and in various weather.
