Presidential Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a dynamic Lead Install Technician to oversee residential HVAC installations, upgrades, and replacements. You will lead a team of technicians, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality, safe service delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 1+ year HVAC experience, EPA certification, a clean driving record, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HVAC experience, ideally within the residential market.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Holds valid EPA certification for compliance with environmental regulations.
• Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of HVAC systems in residential properties.
• Lead a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality and efficient service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
