Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HVAC lead roles, EPA certification, a clean driving record, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable, on-time performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC Lead experience in residential market.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Holds valid EPA certification for compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused with high-quality work.
• Interact professionally with all levels within the organization.
• Flexible and collaborative in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and replace HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Lead and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate with homeowners.
• Handle physical tasks, including lifting over 50 pounds.
• Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in an organized and clean condition.
• Ensure safety, appliance standards, and regulatory compliance.
