Qualifications

• 1+ year of Lead HVAC Installer experience in residential settings.
• Valid EPA certification compliant with environmental regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking to resolve HVAC issues.
• Strong commitment to high-quality work and customer service.
• Able to interact professionally with all levels within the organization.
• Flexible and collaborative in dynamic team environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Lead a team of technicians and mentor Install Helpers.
• Ensure safety, standards, and quality in all installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
• Maintain organized tools, inventory, and on-site workspace.
