Qualifications

• OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across HVAC/mechanical construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per contract specs.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials across sites.
• Monitor schedules and address delays or risks proactively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop field personnel.
• Monitor safety compliance and conduct site meetings.
