Job summary

Upchurch is seeking an HVAC Field Service Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, mentor technicians, and ensure efficient scheduling of service calls and preventive maintenance across Mississippi. You will manage customer accounts and open work orders while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 4–6 years HVAC experience, a valid HVAC license, EPA certification, and strong leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years HVAC experience.
• Valid HVAC license and EPA Certification (Mississippi requirements).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with dispatching/service management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate daily service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, open work orders, and PM task lists.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with codes and company standards.
• Provide advanced technical support and assist with complex troubleshooting.
• Handle customer concerns, escalations, and communication.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and service profitability.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory for field operations.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, OSHA/EPA compliance, and proper PPE use.
