Upchurch is seeking an HVAC Field Service Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, mentor technicians, and ensure efficient scheduling of service calls and PM tasks. You will manage customer accounts, maintain safety standards, and support inventory and equipment for field crews.

This role requires 4–6 years of HVAC experience, a valid HVAC license, EPA certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. MS-based position with competitive benefits.

Role Summary

The HVAC Field Service Supervisor oversees daily field operations, manages a team of technicians, and ensures efficient scheduling of demand service calls and preventative maintenance. This role also manages assigned customer accounts, open service requests, and PM schedules while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate daily service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, open work orders, and PM task lists.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with codes and company standards.
• Provide advanced technical support and assist with complex troubleshooting.

4–6 years of HVAC experience; Valid HVAC license and EPA Certification (per Mississippi requirements).

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with dispatching/service management software.
