Upchurch is seeking an HVAC Field Service Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, mentor technicians, and ensure efficient scheduling of service calls and preventive maintenance across Mississippi. The role requires 4–6 years HVAC experience, a valid HVAC license, EPA certification, and strong leadership and customer service skills.

Role Summary

The HVAC Field Service Supervisor oversees daily field operations, manages a team of technicians, and ensures efficient scheduling of demand service calls and preventative maintenance. This role also manages assigned customer accounts, open service requests, and PM schedules while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians.
