DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a Full-time Field Installation Supervisor to lead installation teams, ensure quality, and mentor apprentices. You will oversee training, coordinate with the operations manager, and drive safety and efficiency across the installation department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years working in the field.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Advanced organizational abilities.
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry is required.
• Basic Computer skills and typing skills required.
• EPA Certifications required.
• Water Heaters knowledge.
• Forced air gas, propane and oil furnaces knowledge.
• Heat pumps knowledge.
• Gas, propane and oil fired boilers knowledge.
• Low voltage wiring knowledge.
• Troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Geothermal knowledge preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation teams and ensure processes and procedures are followed by installation technicians.
• Visit jobsites to ensure work aligns with proposals and quality standards.
• Lead installations when needed to complete jobs on time and with quality.
• Manage apprenticeship growth program and training for the installation department.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and profitability.
• Communicate daily with technicians and apprentices about schedules.
• Provide field training and role play to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate installation department meetings weekly.
• Perform follow-up on callbacks or issues.
• Conduct monthly safety trainings and track safety meetings.
• Perform truck inspections weekly for cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in management meetings to refine processes.
