Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure.
• Be able to work with an iPad and phone for job finalizations.
• Willingness to attend required trainings and invest in the necessary tools that the job requires.
• Capable of understanding client needs and learning from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technicians to ensure quality repairs and maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and communication.
• Complete service calls efficiently while prioritizing safety and quality.
• Assist in training other technicians and sharing best practices.
