Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on complex facility systems.
Diagnose and implement repairs for Utility, Infrastructure and Life Safety Systems.
Install/maintain building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and controls systems.
Operate and monitor advanced utility equipment and building automation systems.
Coordinate testing, calibrations and maintenance records.
Interface with vendors and contractors to ensure safe interfacing and coordination.
