You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on complex facility and utility systems, lead electrical maintenance efforts, and ensure safe operation of building automation and life-safety systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in industrial or trades maintenance.
Advanced technical skills with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of compliance codes and system interconnections.
Ability to read blueprints/Life Safety drawings.

Responsibilities

Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on complex facility systems.
Diagnoses and implements repairs for utility, infrastructure and life safety systems.
Installs and maintains building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems.
Operates and maintains generators, chillers, boilers, fire protection systems, and building automation.
Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems.
Reads blueprints and Life Safety drawings; coordinates testing and maintenance records.
Interfaces with vendors and contractors to ensure safe interfacing and tie-in.
Ensures testing, calibrations and maintenance records are provided.
