Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.
• Diagnoses and implements complex repairs for multiple utility, infrastructure, and life-safety systems.
• Installs, replaces and maintains building, mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Operates and maintains advanced utility equipment and building automation oversight.
• Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems.
• Reads blueprints and Life Safety drawings for accurate task completion.
