Qualifications

• Massachusetts HVAC license required (commercial/industrial).
• 7–10 years facilities maintenance experience with strong HVAC focus.
• Proven technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in an operational environment.
• Willingness for on-call after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and related components.
• Perform facility-wide maintenance including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building repairs.
• Support cleanroom and manufacturing HVAC systems (airflow, temperature, humidity).
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and asset history (e.g., IBM Maximo).
• Coordinate and oversee contractors for HVAC and facility services.
• Document work clearly using CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours needs.
