Job summary
Microchip Technology is seeking a Master Facilities Technician - HVAC to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and facility systems supporting a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will ensure critical systems run safely and reliably, and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of HVAC/facilities maintenance experience in controlled environments.
- MA state refrigeration technician license and CFC/EPA universal certification.
- Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
- Experience troubleshooting AHUs, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and fans.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and facility systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Work with complex HVAC, chilled water, heating, cooling, ventilation, and building management systems; respond to equipment failures and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain HVAC systems for cleanrooms and controlled manufacturing environments; monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality.
