The role requires five years of trade school experience in facilities maintenance, with expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater handling, and safety compliance. You must be able to lift 40 pounds and operate a forklift (training provided).

Qualifications

Trade school education with 5 years minimum experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent work experience with electronics.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater handling, and hazardous materials.
Demonstrated process engineering and preventative maintenance experience.
Experience with vacuum pumps is a plus.
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and operate a forklift (training provided).
Strong time management, initiative, and safe work environment focus.
Excellent oral and written communication; detail-oriented and team-friendly.
Computer literacy and familiarity with office applications.
